During the 30-day free trial period, you are free to explore all the features of Starteed without limitation, to upload the contents of your campaign and to see the preview of the page where the collection will take place in real time. To be able to publish the campaign online and start receiving funds, you need to activate a Starteed plan.

The end of the fundraising campaign does not match the duration of your Starteed plan. The duration of the campaign, unless it is continuous over time, has a precise end date, while the renewal of the plan takes place automatically on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis depending on the option chosen during the activation phase. At any time you can decide to deactivate the automatic renewal of the plan by selecting the option DEACTIVATE PLAN in the Plans area of ​​your Account.

The commission is taken during the payment phase directly from the amount donated by the users. The funds collected are transferred to your bank account already net of Starteed and Stripe commissions (the payment gateway used for credit card payment management).

Based on your chosen payment option - monthly, quarterly or yearly - the payment will be charged to your credit card from the campaign’s publication date, and will be automatically renewed.At any time you can decide to deactivate the automatic renewal of the plan by selecting the option DEACTIVATE PLAN in the Plans area of ​​your Account. When calculating the campaign times, also take into account the phase after the fundraising, when you will need to be able to continue accessing the administration panel to analyse campaign reports and to communicate with your supporters.

To deactivate your plan, go to your Account area, and in the Plans section press the Deactivate plan option. The campaign will continue to raise funds until the end of the payment period you have already paid for.

Yes, from the work menu press "New Campaign" to create a new campaign. Remember that each campaign has a Starteed plan attached. It is not possible to publish multiple campaigns with only one active payment plan

Starteed does not charge any other costs or hidden fees beyond those indicated in your chosen plan. Remember that every payment method activated, whether Stripe (credit card), Paypal or Satispay, provides for the withholding of a commission for payment management. It is not possible to upgrade or downgrade after a plan has been activated.
