The mission of Xylo live is to give all event staff the opportunity to create the event they have always wanted. Thanks to the active collaboration of future participants, they can create innovative projects rich in moments that really leave their mark on those who were there.
Based on the brand identity provided, the Starteed Team developed the portal design in line with the client's specific requests. The colours, fonts and layout of every single page, and site flow, have been chosen and created in order to create the perfect balance between all the fundamental elements of a crowdfunding platform.
The Xylo live team requested a pre-sale ticket system for future events financed through the portal. In this way the platform can guarantee supporters of the "booking" campaigns that they will definitely be valid. On Xylo live only successful campaigns can turn into real events.
Thanks to Starteed's advanced control panel, the platform and individual campaign administrators can manage the projects in real time, including transactions and contact requests from users. The dashboard in the foreground always offers an updated overview of the projects hosted, including the progress of the donations, and the status of the projects. At any time, administrators can export platform data quickly and securely.
Knowing the needs of their audience, the Xylo live Team requested the sending of a series of pre-purchase (first) registration and confirmation of ticket purchase (after) emails, depending on the phases of the crowdfunding campaign. Exclusively for the customer, the Starteed Team also developed a QR code system to be combined with each individual ticket to facilitate access to the individual events that were successfully accomplished through the portal.
